fc /w/ 157 isuzu prop size
My recently purchased 1988 has a 18" od x 22" pitch prop. Max wot is 2200 rpm and making lots of black smoke. Speed around 11-12 kts. I suspect I am seriously over propped and would like to know what other owners have in the way of prop size. trans is Hurth 2.2:1. Also is it necessary to drop rudder to remove prop shaft?
