When cooking there is limited space. I bought a cutting board and cut it out to sit in the recess for the sink. Adds countertop space and is useful as a cutting board that stays put. Not a big deal but was cheap and works well so I thought I'd throw it out there...

Great Idea ... I pared down an old plastic cutting Board, which worked perfectly and reduced the amount of alternation.
