Albin 36 Maxwell HRC10 Windlass question
Does anyone have a Maxwell HRC10 windlass installed on their 36? I would like to know where you mounted the reversing solenoid pack and where you mounted the isolator/circuit breaker? I bought one and getting ready to install it. Says the solenoid should not go into the anchor locker, so now deciding where the best location is. Did you put any reinforcing plate under the bow sprit? My boat has what I think is the original 2inch thick oak sprit. Any other details on your installation would be great. Boat is a 1987. Thanks
