I have just finished that project. Block off the saltwater feed. Plum in the freshwater from your pressurized system. Need to run a electric feed to a new installed switch and then to the new toilet. The electric should be like number 12 to a dedicated breaker. I also decided to change up some of the wast hoses as well. Went from 1.5 inches down to 1 inch.

I don't know the specifics, and I hope someone will chime in here, but I'm 98% certain there's something you have to do to prevent backflow from the toilet to the fresh water tank. Yuck.

Yes .. a "backflow preventer" needs to be installed in between head and fresh water supply. Many freshwater ready heads have one built in.

The Raritan Fresh Head that I installed includes the preventer and is a direct replacement for the Jabsco in terms of bolt pattern. So drop in the replacement head and tee a feed line into the fresh water system and you’ll be all set. Otherwise you must address the potential for back flow from the head contaminating your fresh water which poses a serious threat to your health.

I just installed the Dometic 7120 freshwater electric flush. It has the backflo built into the unit. I went thru the parts diagram to make sure it was indeed there.

Absolutely. As long as you have enough fresh water, it is the best option.
