No restrictions that I know of. Heat exchangers are clean, had the entire raw water system flushed for 2 hours with acid. (Instead of removing each and every heat exchanger)

Mini-project today: Trying weather stripping on the L-Hatch below the helm.
Got 1/2" wide, 1/8" thick strips at Amazon for a few Shekels, curious if it will block water from leaking down when washing the boat,

Got all kinds of sun covers for the instruments as well as a bimini top that keeps shade on the instrument panel AND covers over the side windows and the forward windshields.
What you see on the auto pilot is not sun burn, but heat damage:
The summer temperatures after 21 years in Florida will slowly but surely burn the display even without any sun exposure.

Another mini-project completed:
I purchased new chairs a year and a half ago: They sit taller than the factory
chairs,
hence we needed a small foot rest even at 6'2 (186 cm) and long legs:
Been using a 4" tall storage box for a spare butane stove, but not a good fit
in the long run. Found a real foot rest on Amazon:
Tried it out yesterday and today, comfy and adjustable to 3 "heights" Tried it out on a female crew (Wife could not go yesterday, I am allowed however to take along a single female who loves to boat:))
She liked it too at the next higher level.
The rest also pivots for toes low/ankles high or vice versa, didn't think I needed the pivot, but feels good.
Highly recommended movable footrest for the A-28TE with the sub-floor.

Same as the galley stove, except "SS".
We use it to cook in the back, using the engine box as a counter and a table.
No fumes and smoke in the cabin and same butane bottles as inside.
(The galley stove is strictly for coffee and tea)

Now that most, if not all of the projects including Upgrades, Repairs, Improvements, etc are done to my 2001 Albin 28TE, it is tempting to add up numbers and see what it all cost: Fairly easy, it is all on the tax records, commercial boat, every expense reported to the tax man in details. (Not being too fancy here with deprecation, cost of money etc)
After I excluded fuel, insurance, registration, taxes, etc., it came to $54,300.00 including yard haul outs and contract labor for cleaning, detailing,
divers for bottom cleaning/running gear. Also included are all the engine services, of which I did most myself. (Not counting my labor, it is free..)
The above is since I bought the boat October 2017, pretty much 54 months, for an average of about $1,000.00 per month.
Adding in fuel, insurance, taxes and dockage could easily be another $7-800 per month.
I paid $67,000 for the tub and could probably sell her today for $95,000 due to a crazy boat market with high demand.
If I did, the monthly cost for the pleasure of boat ownership would have been $1,237 over 54 months, or a total $66,800.
Not a cheap hobby, but it is enjoyable.

Pretty much done with upgrades and hopefully not many repairs in the near future.
Now routine maintenance, haul out and bottom paint as well as a prop-swap on the menu, probably later in the year.
Have a diver clean the bottom every 2 months, about $70 + $5 tips.

Continued the 9 month engine zinc schedule today.
Did the easy ones first: Intercooler, oil cooler x 2 and the tranny cooler.
The missing zinc was from the oil cooler next to the oil filter.
I poked around with the pinky, did not feel the pencil zinc, either it has disintegrated and crumbled, or the piece (s) fell down to the bottom.
Will pull the filter and the end cap after I am done with the 2 heat exchanger zincs tomorrow.
Never dull...

The last 2 zinc pencils are out.
The white one came off the h/e end cap, looks like it has more wear and tear than the other one 5" away, also in the h/e but in the side of the tube.
The end cap pencil is the difficult one.
Had to remove several hoses and also remove the end cap itself.
Had to order a new gasket, $8.50, also ordered a hose.
Some of the hoses and hose clamps are due for replacement.
Found 3 hoses in the spare parts inventory, the big one retails for $175.00 total for all 3 in todays prices, $238...
(Thanks to former owner, these came with the boat.)
Found some gunk in the h/e, over 2 years since I had it flushed with Rydlym acid.

Just realized I probably ordered the wrong hose from Yanmar.
Should have done my homework, but instead I jumped the gun:
Told the Sun Power Marine Yanmar dealer I needed the hose from the lower side outlet on the primary heat exchanger.
He said no problem. Later on in the day I finally found the parts diagram I was looking for:

I probably ordered the standard piece instead of the optional hose in the box.
