1998 35TE no blisters
I have a 1998 and it has no blisters, just heavy oxidization from the previous owner's neglect. Love the boat. Good luck!

Blisters
The surveyor reported no blisters on our '95 last July. I trust this spring's bottom prep and paint job will bear that out also.

I bought a 2000 TE35 twin Cummins 2 years ago on LI, NY and had it surveyed. There were no blisters. I also had the surveyor check the sides for delamanation. No problems were found. The reason I did this was because I bought a 1986 39' SeaRay several years back and had a little over $20,000 into fixing the side delams. I think Albin makes a really good hull and if it hasn't been damaged you are probably in good shape. I would still recommend a survey.
