Why is the steering on the 28TE so “tight “ or hard??? Also, best auto helm for the 28’

I had the same proble. I took the cylinder apart and found that the the two plastic rings of the piston were enlarged. I suspect that moisture infiltrated the system due to a bad o ring at the filler cup.
I installed a two size larger cylinder but I believe one size larger would have been enough.
