Doug so sorry to hear the terrible news, since we sold the Albin I do not check in much. We did have the pleasure of spending some time with you and showing you our NSC 40 Highlander in Greenport. Dear Doug,

I am only now catching up on posts and want to express our most sincere and heartfelt sympathy. Addiction is so horrible for the victim and all surrounding loved ones. It is also so frustratingly difficult to deal with and there is so much of it. We had a young person in our family got through years of it and he is still dealing with the aftermath and will for the rest of his life. Please be strong - there was nothing more you could have done - it has to come from within the person suffering. We are thinking of you.

I just poked my head in to see what was going on and saw your message. I'm deeply saddened to hear of the loss of your son, Colin. Prayers to both of you and your family. Seems like not that long ago we met after organizing the first Albin Rendezvous but its been quite a while.
