Have a look through their YouTube channel - safehaven marine make some amazing boats.

If I ever won the lottery, I'd be buying a 40' Wildcat with flybridge, yacht finish with twin 500bhp engines.

Then I'd locate one in the Canary Islands, one in Florida and one here in the UK

I checked out their website (they need a web designer!) and found the Wildcat 40. Pretty impressive boats!

This was a lot of fun to watch, also to see how the boat handled such tough seas, designer/architect must be very proud. Any info on what the cabin and berths, etc. looked like with respect to water intrusion? That would be meaningful input.

They from what I know have no water intrusion problems. The commercial specification boats aren't finished off that nicely to be honest but they are built to serve a purpose.

I know someone who has a wildcat 38 and they collected it from Cork in Ireland, crossed the Irish Sea and then headed along the coast back to Portsmouth with no issues. The only thing they encountered was realising half way across the Irish Sea, they had somehow turned off the autopilot. The boat had pretty much held its course despite a force 6 sea on the stern quarter.

The write up is on the website under Jo-Dan IV by either Phil Hunt and one from Dave Faithfull - both were incredibly impressed with the boat.
