i need to have my prop tuned so i hope to remove it soon. will i have to disengage the rudder? how should the shaft be locked to remove nut, and what style of puller is required. 2002 28te

The rudder can stay put. A block of wood wedged against the prop blade is all that is needed to keep it from spinning so you can back the nuts off.
