My last boat (Sunrunner) had a port-a-potty that drained into the holding tank.

Thanks Brian and Doug. Under the seat does seem to be the place for the holding tank. I also did look at the Semi-portable head with the pump out. Pretty pricey but when you figure all the plumbing and the tank, it might be worth the $$$$
