Can someone please tell me how to get at the bulb in the running light on the port side?

Running Lights - Port Nav Light
I've seen a post about this subject here but I can't find it right now. If yours is the usual Aqua-Signal Series 41 this will work. There's a small-head Phillips captive screw just under the lower knuckle at the center. lift the housing up at the rear (inboard) side when that screw disengages.

light bulb itself?
where is the best palce to find the bulb for the running lights? West marine store is saying they don't stock them. I need one quick. looks like a 25 watt 12 volt bulb.
