Gin Pole for 28 TE

Does anyone have a creative suggestion for the addition of a gin pole into and existing heavy duty (swivel/tuna) rod holder. The intent is for lifting of; side scan sonar, lobster pots and large tuna using a block and tackle. If not the rod holder how would I get a drawing of the internal construction for the roof/top support system ?
