I cannot get my Hour meter to work .... So I am thinking about installing just an hour meter. Where and how would I connect the wires so that it only runs when the engine is running ? 1994 28 Albin

A new meter should work fine in your application. What Volvo engine was yours again? Is it the TAMD 44?
