Boat on the hard 3.5 years
Thinking of buying a very clean and what appears to have been properly maintained 1985 37' pacific island. Has volvo 40b engines with under 1,400 hrs. Big concern is it has been out of water since Sept 2009. Any experience or feedback with things to be aware of would be appreciated.

Buying a boat that hasn't been used----- stand by, all rubber and cork and every thing else has hardened up and leaks are expected, But there is always the exceptions! Best of luck, keep us informed!
