We have 1979 36 trawler and have owned it since 2007. The first few years we were on Lake Simcoe up in the Trent Severn system and then moved down to Picton Ontario in 2011. Really enjoy the Thousand Islands and Lake Ontario. I joined this form to learn a little more about my boat. Shalamar is our first boat and we have been very pleased with it in all respects.

That is a fine boat for your first choice. There have been a couple forsale in the Wash. Puget Sound area that past year and I must say that are fine llookikng roomy boats.
Have not really heard of any major problems on the boat. Look forward to hearing more of your travels. Welcome.
