Definitely sorry your having such a bad time.
I was wondering about the injectors myself. At worst, I would hunt auto parts with the 1976 Peugeot 504 with the 2112 cc diesel application, but wonder if there is a difference in marine injectors and automotive injectors.
I would probably start with a phone call to American Diesel and see what they can offer, either in parts or advice. Here's their website:
