Shower Hose on 31TE

I have a broken shower handle, have been to Lowe's, Walmart and local Hardware store and everything they sell are high volume shower heads. Does anyone have any idea where the original Hose/head shower head came from on the 31 TE's? I don't think the large head handles that are in most of the stores will work as the water pressure is very low. Any thoughts from your experience would be appreciated.

Not sure where to find the shower head but if pressure seems to be a problem check the screens on all faucet heads for debris ans take a look at the transom shower head for any leaks..My shower head in the transom must have slightly cracked last winter, reducing some pressure. Only realized it when I was finding puddles down in the bildge
