Just took delivery of 2006 North Sea Cutter. Plan to cruise Gulf of Mexico/Florida Keys and, ultimately, do The Loop. Brought boat, "Cadence" to hew home port on Longboat Key from her former home at Isles YC in Punta Gorda, FL. All in all a pleasant and uneventful eight-hour trip that left us anxious for more. Will be asking many questions and begging for info and advice as we get to know this vessel better. Thanking you all in advance for help for us newcomers. We are glad to be among friends and other owners and look forward to meeting any and all in our area.

Welcome to AOG, where you will find a wealth of knowledge and help on your issues. In working out your cruising schedules, don't forget the Albin Rendezvous at Cape Harbor (near Cape Coral) at the end of March. See the topic for Florida Rendezvous for details as time goes on. We had 26 boats last year, but no Cutters. I would like to see yours one day!

Welcome and Congraulations on the new boat. The 2006 North Sea Cutter looks to be a great cruising and liveaboard. Enjoy all those great areas that are perfect for your choice of boats.

Thank you all for your replies and words of welcome. And, of course, for advice as well, which we'll be seeking as we move along with this vessel. Have a great Thanksgiving.
