This year we had 17 ....repeat 17 extras on board for the day. That's 19 total on board. Borrowed some PFDs from friends at the marina and we went to Napatree (Watch Hill, RI) for the day. Actually more like several hours. 5 trips to shore and 5 trips back with the dink. It got a workout!
One couple stayed aboard and fished while we on the hook....8 Porgys in the bucket and they were pretty big Porgys....(maybe just enough for that couple for dinner). So I finally got some fish scales on the decks
Stopped at Abbotts on the way back up river for some steamers....all consumed in a matter of minutes on the trip upriver.....then on to a BBQ at the marina gazebo..burgers and bowsers...my favorites!
I had a good time, everyone had a great time, the "crew" was great, (but I sure was happy to see them leave). LOL
All in all it was just another "Albin day" on the water.
