Hello,
My Albin 28te flush deck has a hull id with the last numbers being 06, is that the model year for My Albin? Is the last 2 digits of the hull ID# the year of my boat? My bill of sale has the year phase of construction and year completed as 2005, but I bought the boat as a 2006.

Yes, the last two digits are the model year. Post your complete Hull ID and you will get a breakdown of the meaning.
