Gatsby Edition

Post by JC78 »

Does anyone know, or know how to get, a complete list of the options that were included in the Gatsby editions? I am looking at 28' TEs and all I can see is a back bench in the cockpit , different upholstery, and a mahogany wheel.

Thanks!

Some other Gatsby feature I believe are: raked Radar Mast (like newports now) verse Radar Arch. Often more wood inside the berth. Wood cutting board and Bathroom door or even wood security door into berth. My Gatsby has Teak deck combings and engine box cover is trimmed in Teak. But to be honest I don't think any two are alike. It's my belief that the Gatsby's were ordered unfinished and built out by a dealer in Maryland (Oxford Yacht Agency?? - http://oya.com) primarily for use as picnic boat on Chesapeake bay.
