John,
On the main forums index page, for me it never updates. Once I go into a specific forums it shows the latest post, but the main index page is stuck back in June/July. Any ideas how to get that to update. I use the refresh button to no avail. Thanks for any assistance.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? I can't recall where the option is with IE, probably under TOOLS. In Firefox it's in Tools >> Options >> Privacy >> Cache
When pages aren't clearing that can fix it.
Before you do that though try holding down Shift when you refresh, if I recall correctly that forces IE to pull the data from the server and not the cache.
Good luck...

Chief,
Are you talking about the column that shows last post date/time/user? Mine seems to update as well. There is also a link to "mark all topics read". I've never tried it but it should update your pages. I don't use Fire Fox so I can't help with settings. As Mariner mentioned, in IE, it's under Tools, General, settings.
