Dave,
Mine is a 0071DP0CLR.
Don't know if you have the same fixture??
I bought them at West Marine I think? Not sure if that is West Marine's or MFG's number.
good luck

The Perko festoon bulb 0071DP0CLR is also used on my 2009 28TE.

You might be interested in this LED bulb I came across, which appears to be a replacement. I plan to give it a try. Power consumption is rated at only 5% of the incandescent version. http://www.mastlight.com/Products/T10X31-1SMW.html

Thanks for the link Mike. One thing you may want to check is if the lamp is USCG approved as a navigation light. Some LEDs are, many are not. I followed the link and didn't see anything to indicate that it's approved. Does this mean it wouldn't work just fine? Not at all. But, if anything bad were to happen and another boat claimed your lights were improper...

Just the world we live in these days.

Glad to have you aboard.

Best,

Doug
