New potential 28TE owner

Post by DirtyOz »

Hello all, my name is Steve. I am 41 and have lived in Ketchikan Alaska since 1975.
I am pretty darn sure my next vessel will be an Albin 28.
I currently own a Grady White 20 overnighter 225 OB. Within the next couple years I will be ready to move up and slow down (just a little) to a better big water boat.
Believe me, I have had my Grady in some of the most "hull testing seas" around, but for the sake of comfort and sanity, I am about ready to trade up to my dream boat.
I registered on this forum to ask questions to current Albin owners of which I will accumulate as time goes on.
Thanks in advance.
Steve and Gretchen.

You will not be disappointed. There are a number of owners in the Pacific Northwest that use the 28 as a workhorse fishing/cruising machine.

I've had 4 deaths in the family in the last two months. I'm not looking for sympathy here but, don't wait. Life is fleeting.
