interesting data......
very few sold in the last 6 months (28's)
i think if sellers hold tight they won't be selling to anyone!

me?........i got a good fixed boat budget, making offers on late model 28te's. some are softening substantially, some believe they're actually worth the asking price because they are in range of all the many others asking prices. (so they quote me) my point being dozens for sale and one actually raised his price 5k hoping for a spring "hit"

i have two good prospects. one will come into my range, still waiting on another to answer. if not i'll still be fishin' in my hydra-sport.
