I must admit I am a bit overwelmed with the components in the 31TE.
Anyone know where to find a plan/laout schematics of the electric/plumbing/pumps on the 31. Any help would be very welcome

Every boat was built differently, so Albin did not provide any generic schematics or specific "as-builts". Your best bet is to crawl around the boat and attempt to create them yourself. Some others have done this already and have posted the results here, but I don't believe for your model. Try searching "wiring diagram" or "schematics", and you might be able to get a feel for how other boats were done so you can better understand your own.
