Friday night we had some friends in from out of town. Cruised over to Middle River and had dinner at the Wild Duck. Service was perfect, meal was very good. They had a couple of guys playing outside. We stopped and listened to the band for a little while and had a cocktail.
This restaurant has a great floating pier with easy access. I have heard complaints about food and service but have never been disappointed.
After dinner we just cruised home around 9 knots. Got back around 10:00 PM and there were other boaters coming in around that time. It was a good night for a cruise.
Today? 100% chance of rain. Lightning and thunder woke me up around 5:00 AM. So, it looks like I'll catch up on some home chores today.
Sunday looks good for another run to Maxwell Point for swiming.
