Builder's plate identification

Dear happy ALBIN fans, owners or users,

I'am getting to french flag registration of an ALBIN25, and would be very happy for any information you could provide me interpreting (-sic-) the (screwed) plate that can be seen on board.

On that brass plate one can read ALBIN 25, Ser. 2, (nbr : can't read it) and, logo + ALBIN MOTOR AB, KRISTENHAMN, SWEDEN.
I suppose ser. ; 2 means there's been a serial 1 before.

Below that brass plate a smaller screwed white plastic plate bears the following : YOW65.

Any information on the meaning of Ser. 2, and YOW65 is warmy welcome !
