i have a ford lehman 120 and would like to convert the existing CAV type secondary filters to accept screw on filters.
to those who have gone through this process, was it worth it? there is one caveat, down in my engine room, er, crawl space, the starboard side is more difficult to access, increasing the benefit of screw on filters.
are there any conversion kits on the market that work on the FL120? hopefully the conversion allows for appropriate (very fine) filters.
thank you!

Re: fuel filter conversion kit - FL 120
Hi, billr.
In case you haven't heard, Brian is your goto guy at American Diesel. Since you are looking for aftermarket kits, he might certainly have suggestions. From what I read he mainly answers the phone. Too busy for email, etc. Keep trying. He sounds like a saint.
Otherwise, I found this:

Sounds like these might be tricky to find, so good luck!
Full disclaimer: Never ran a Ford Lehman but I read great things about them. Hope you get this improvement accomplished.

@WillieC, thank you so much!
fwiw, I have dealt with Brian at AD in the past - he was a saint, digging into the company's microfiche to find an answer I was seeking! Thanks for the reminder. : )
