2001 36' Albin Express Trawler

Contemplating selling our 2002 Albin 36' Express trawler. I know they don't come up for sale much so I thought I would post here and see if there is any interest. We love the boat but are thinking about moving up to a 40' +/- boat.

Boat has a single Cat 3126 with approximately 2,200 hours. Northern lights generator with approximately 550hrs. New Flybridge canvas 2023. New Stega Decking this year. New Garmin electronics (charplotters, autopilot, radar) 2022. New turbo and Aftercooler (previous owner) 2019. 200W solar panels 2022. Flybridge fridge 2022. Everything works as it should. So far this year we've taken the boat from Mattapoisett, MA to Burlington, VT. Also trips to Block Island and Cuttyhunk. Total of 900+ NM with no issues.

The boat has a 420hp Cat 3126 engine. The boat literature says 15 knots max speed. I have gotten up to 13+ knots once just to see if it would do it. From what I've read the engine burns 10gph @2,000rpm and 24gph @2,600rpm. I run the boat at 1,400 - 1,600, depending on conditions, getting around 8 knots. We average around 3-4gph at that speed.
