Mechanism for stowing gaff/mop/flag...?right term?

I have attached a photo of the "thingamagig" I am seeking to replace...actually I have 8 of these on my 2001 28TE. They are used to stow gaff, mop, flag, etc. along the sides of the aft section. I jerry-rigged a series of replacements for the flexible rubber "holders" using 1/4" gasket material...and not sure how well they'll work for when I set out to replace them I found the rings that hold them in place have also deteriorated. Several cracked when I replaced and a few were cracked even before I touched them. My local marine store was of no help.
Would love to replace all of these. Does anyone have suggestions??
Thanks very much

Hi Skip, and welcome!
Those are called rod grommets, and if you do a search in the forum, you'll see that you're not the first person to ask the question! :)
