A27 Aft Cabin Doors

I need to replace the aft cabin doors (mine are old and ratty), so does anyone have info on where i can get 12 x 35/36 louvered doors. My carpentry skills, tho' decent, are not up to building louvres.
I want to put in louvres to try and overcome the humidity that is part of the aft cabin shtick on A27s without A/C.

Doug -- have you ruled out something pre-fab? A quick google search for "louver doors 12x36 exterior" turns up a lot of possibilities.
Hmm, what's the difference between a shutter and a door? Obviously, I'm not a carpenter.
What's going to keep the rain out?
