35 command bridge - drain hole question

35 command bridge - drain hole question
I have an albin 35 command bridge. It has two drain ports on lower keel ..does anyone know where they drain from. Buy the way I love the boat.

The Ports drain the inside of the keel. The bottom port drains the keel and the top port only drains a portion.
