Family cruiser 30

Hello all,
New member here, been boating 55 + years being born in the islands , last boats have been luhrs alura , sundowner tug and Cape Dory flybridge, now only have an eastern 18 CC.
We are looking at an Albin family cruiser, but trying to find out if the hull is cored or solid glass, looked at an Albin 32+2 command bridge and survey came back with 40% of bottom and keel delaminated . would like to know the hull construction before paying for survey .

Here's what my survey says on Albin 30FC: "hull appears to be fully foam cored molded fiberglass painted cosmetic finish."
