Mine are about as basic as they get. There's a little ear that eases up so that the tiny stopper bump clears, and then the entire arm slides out. Much easier than my German car, which I let someone else change the blades. I do have to carry reading glasses to the bow, though. Just a thought.

Does your boat have pantographic wipers? Those might be different.

You talking blades or the motors? Blades are easy as Nancy explained above. Motors take a bit of work but still not hard
