Found this plug with my collection of pencil zinc plugs, same size, same appearance, except I noticed today that it is not a zinc plug, and it is painted Yanmar gray. Oops, did I remove something important?

Now lined up my old zinc nuts with the mysterious Yanmar plug, to the right on the picture.
Looks like the body and the threads are the same, but the hex nut surfaces are slightly bigger..
(My 6LP was made in Japan, the 6LPAs were made in the US, A for America, wonder if small details like plugs were different?)

No zinc, no nothing.
Not sure it is a drain plug, perhaps a plug instead of a zinc, not sure.
