Yes I would have a survey and think I have covered all the basics but thinking more model specific.

The most important, at least in my book, is maintenance records.
If the boat is clean and cared for inside and out, it is most likely also maintained well.
A knowledgeable seller is worth gold, buying from a slob or a slimeball can get very expensive..
