Florida Surveyor Needed in Tampa Area for 28TE

Post by RobS »

Any recomendations for a surveyor in the Tampa/Clearwater area? I am from NY but am looking at a 28TE there next week and anticipate that I may have a deal there. So I would like to have a surveyor lined up... Thanks in advance.

I used this guy for survey on my 28TE which I bought N of Tampa (Destin). He did a decent job. I'd use him again.

Jorge,

The bought I am looking at was bought in 2005 by the current owner and it was surveyed by Adrian Volney at that time. I have a copy of that survey, the boat surveyed very well and the things Volney recommended were corrected since that time. I thought Volney's report was a tad brief but not bad. I was actually thinking of just calling him back in. I think having him go over the boat a 2nd time would have some advantages but so would having a new set of eyes on the boat. I'll see what other replies this gets and go from there. Thanks for the input.

Rob
