12v DC - is fuse needed if inline breaker?

12v DC question.
Is a smaller amperage fuse needed if a circuit has a 15amp breaker in it?
For example, single branch circuit carrying interior cabin lights with five festoon Filament bulbs on 14awg wire has 15amp breaker built into blue sea rocker switch panel. Do I need to further fuse circuit?

I want to eliminate fuses and just go 15amp breakers on all 12vdc, short branch circuits wired w 14awg using this intergrated 15amp switch/breaker panel. https://www.bluesea.com/products/8271/C ... 8_Position

The loads are all simple loaded on A25.

The rule of thumb I use is "protect the wire" so the wire or multiple wires leaving a switch should be protected for the wire amperage rating. Just like the larger main going to the Blue Sea panel should be properly protected. Here is a good start https://www.westmarine.com/WestAdvisor/ ... Tech-Specs

I agree with the previous answer. The fuse or breaker certainly is not going to "protect" the light. As long as the breaker is properly sized for the wire used to feed the light, you're good. In fact, adding ANOTHER fuse in line only complicates things.
