Came across the following link:

when I was searching for a boat I had seen recently. It's got the same information as the USCG Documentation Center but has much better searching capabilities. They charge for the "details" but if you're just browsing like I do they give you all of the stuff the CG does.

By doing a search for boats documented in my town I discovered that Moran Towing was based there - never would have guessed that!

(This will help us all kill some time while waiting for Spring!!)

I'm going to purchase the entire list of documented Albin boats and do a mailer to let them know about the website, as well as be able to generate lists for rendezvous invitations.

Ok, I purchased the entire list of Albins. If anyone wants it, PM me and I will send it to you.

The entire list includes 947 boats.

Just got it. Thanks. I'm not on the list. I checked my record and shipbuilder is blank. I probably messed up when I sent the application.

Looks like a mailing is in our future.
