I have just gotten a 1998 TE I was wondering if anyone knows where the stuck the battery charger.

You should be able to trace the wire from the batteries. Mine was not the factory one and it was starboard of centerline by the firewall. They added a board for mounting.

Access the bilge area through the center hatch in the pilot house in between the helm seat and the companion seat. Your charger should be mounted on the upper portion of the forward bulkhead at the companionway.
