Hello, my wife and I will be heading to Florida to check out an Albin 28 TE with a Perkins M-300 C engine for sale. Now contemplating whether to bring it home to Maryland by truck or sailing her home, if we end up buying her. We have mostly been boating in the beautiful Chesapeake Bay up till now, so bringing this boat up the east coast would be quite an adventure for us. Can anyone give any feedback on the Perkins engine? Have enjoyed reading all the valuable information and posts on this forum.
