Albin 25 Bow Pulpit

Post by Guchisan »

Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can get a bow pulpit for a Albin 25? Used is ok but if not, has anyone had one fabricated?

Thanks,
Glenn

Finding one ready made might be an issue, so you may need to have one fabricated. Doing Google search should be able to come up with some options there. I imagine being in the Seattle area there should be no shortage of shops with experience in custom boat rail jobs. Don't expect it'll be cheap, but whatever the case 316 stainless tubing is the best way to go. Wouldn't be surprised if the cost ended up coming in at somewhere north of $500. So does your boat have one that's damaged or just missing altogether?

If your boat doesn't have one, here's a picture for reference. Tubing will not only have to be bent for the corners, but curved to follow the shape of the hull has well. Hope this helps.
