looks like we are in the same boat. Pun intended. I had been looking all over for an Albin 36 but ended up purchasing an Island Gypsy in Illinois. This boat is spotless and needs no work at all and best of all I managed to buy it way cheaper than I had anticipated. Keep looking, there is a boat out there for you, we did for 2 years.
