TE 28 - leak in quarter berth
Discovered stains on the bottom of the mattress and dirt in corners. looks like there was a long-term leak in the quarter birth area at the aft end. Seems like an odd location given it’s usually behind the pilot house canvas. Does anyone have historical insight on where to look first for the leak before I start pulling panels/padding down?

It could be one of the ports. Here are a couple of threads that might help.

Mine was actually coming in the port that’s on the interior of the Pilothouse. The one that you look out to see the feet of the person at the helm. Wash water or water in rough seas would run down and around that opening and leak in. I dug it out and ran a new bead of caulk and the problem went away
