Re-powered Albin 28 Express for sale

Hello Albin friends,
I am selling my 1999 Albin 28 Express, because I will move overseas. She was repowered last year (2024) with a new recon Cummins 5.9 B 315 HP with warranty, including new transmission, new shaft and new prop. She also has new water heater (2025), new isolator (2023), installed marine heatpump (air conditioning, 2023). The electronics are state-of-the art (large Furuno charter plotter and sonar), autopilot, auto trim. She has a bow thruster, windlass and Furuno Radar. She is equipped with two solar panels, which keep the boat self-sustained with power. She is overall in excellent condition, including multiple coats of fresh anti-fouling and newer seats. I have attached some photos, but happy to take more if you are interested. I am hoping to recoup some of the large amount of money I have spent on her and I am asking $120,000. She is located at the Flag Harbor Marina in Saint Leonard, Maryland.
She cruises at 18-20 knots and reaches 22 knots WOT.
