Where can I get a replacement clip for the cold water valve. It looks like a brass W and snaps on the faucet shaft. I'm not sure how it works but when it stays on the shaft it works ok. I seems like it lost its spring tension and slips out of the groove in the shaft.

Forgive my ignorance, I'm really not sure I understand the problem, however, if your sink faucet has an issue, and it's an Ambassador, the following is the contact information for the company, great company and very responsive, can't say enough good things about them, helped me with a couple of problems I had.
