Is there a drain for the anti-freeze on my Yamar 6lpa-stp2? if so where is it located. trying to get a complete drain..

Can someone tell me where the coolant drain is on the Nissan LD28 engine? Also, what antifreeze is recommended? I have a service manual for the LD28 engine but it does not provide this information, as far as I can tell. Thanks.
