Hi Ron -- I'm glad your sale concluded successfully. Sounds like it worked out well for everyone. I hope you won't be a stranger around here, and I also hope the new owners come aboard here.

Re: For Sale: 2007 Albin 35CB
We have been notified about a message from George S but cannot find it. We are safe after Hurricane Helene & Milton. Remodeling our house after being flooded, but no other damage. Thanks for your concern. Ron O.

Thanks for checking in, Ron. I've been meaning to email you. Very relieved to know that you are OK after weathering two hurricanes.

Re: For Sale: 2007 Albin 35CB
we weathered, but can't recommend it. Helene had little wind but a surprise surge that put 6 inches of water in the house, and trashed much of the furniture and appliances. Got them replaced and started rehab on the house. THEN Milton made his prsence known. No water this time, but plenty of wind. Even with the damage, we feel fortunate, as many, many suffered worse. A matter of time, now. No strucuural damage.
THanks for thinking of us.
